The Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
If you do not say what needs to be changed on a Pre-existing design a fee will be charged for time taken on a design!
NB! Because the product is custom made to your cot and design with your baby’s name No refunds will be made. sometimes it does happen that there is delays due to unforeseen circumstances like health issues, technical issues, weather and power supply issues (loadshedding etc).
Orders completed according to invoice number and approval of design. Please order ahead of time if you did an inquiry and did not order in time of our lead time we will not rush any order.(Especially 6 weeks before your due date. It is not our problem if baby is born!!!)
If a design/gender is not known yet and you paid a deposit your lead time will only begin once theme and designs are done
Lead time for orders working 6 weeks. Which is 50+ Working days (sometime life does not go to plan and can take longer if there is an issue. we will try our best to sort it out but it can happen.)This does not include weekends, public Holidays and December Holidays

If you need an update on your order Please ask as sometimes we can not update on every order everyday
Please do not order close to your due date unless you are willing to wait.
No rush orders will be accepted.
Once invoice is made 48 Hours will be giving to pay, if not your invoice due date will change
No order will be shipped before balance is not paid. Photos of completed order will be supplied.
If you do not let us know that you will be making a late payment R200 will be added every week. For storage fee.
Once package is handed over to courier it is your responsibility to follow up on shipment progress. We will supply the waybill details. Waybills are generated once courier has picked up package from us. Shipment does not form part of the 6 weeks lead time. In most cases delivery takes from 1 day to 5 days depending on delivery location
